Annuals

For many gardeners, annuals are a way to infuse a blast of color into flower beds and containers.  Annuals only live one season, however give tremendous blooming effort.  Most annuals will provide a colorful impact throughout the season.  They come in every color and texture imaginable.

Pansies

Pansies are a cool weather favorite, great for early spring and fall plantings.  They come in an amazing range of colors and styles and have adorable little faces.  This is a great plant for containers, borders and as a groundcover.

Snapdragons

Snapdragons have beautiful clusters of bright colorful flowers, that when gently squeezed resemble the opening mouth of a dragon.  The best thing about “Snaps” is that they like cool spring weather and thrive in the hot summer weather.  It comes in a wide range of heights and colors.  They can border the front of a flower bed, support the midrange or anchor the back.

Fan Flowers

Scaevola or Fan Flower is a heavy blooming, cascading plant ideal for hanging baskets and taller planters.  This sun loving annual produces a non-stop show of blue, pink or white flowers.  It is self-cleaning, so requires no dead heading and is almost completely insect and disease proof.  Plant this beauty up in the spring after last frost and let it go!!
